DAY 39: Takwir 23-29

•  And he did see that ˹angel˺ on the clear horizon, He does not withhold what is revealed to him from beyond. And this ˹Quran˺ is not the word of an outcast satan (devil). So where are you then heading? It is nothing else but a message of advice for all people, for the benefit of any one from among you who intends to go straight. But you will only wish to do so by the will of God, the Lord of all worlds.

  Verses 23 to 29 of Surah At-Takwir serve as a powerful conclusion to the surah. They reaffirm the divine origin of the Quran, defend the Prophet (peace be upon him) against false accusations, and challenge the disbelievers to reflect on their choices. These verses emphasize the Quran’s role as a universal reminder and a source of guidance for those who choose to follow the straight path. At the same time, they remind us of Allah’s ultimate authority and the importance of aligning our will with His.

The message of Surah At-Takwir remains timeless, urging all of humanity to reflect on the reality of the Hereafter and the importance of following Allah’s guidance.
  
      Seek Guidance: Use your free will to seek knowledge and guidance from the Quran and Sunnah.
  
      Make Dua: Ask Allah to guide your choices and align your will with His.
  
      Accept Outcomes: Trust that whatever happens is by Allah’s will and is ultimately for your good, even if you don’t understand it immediately.
  
      Take Responsibility: Acknowledge that your choices have consequences and strive to make decisions that please Allah.
  
  
  The concept of free will in Islam is a balance between human responsibility and divine sovereignty. We have the freedom to choose, but our choices must align with Allah’s will if we want to achieve true success. Allah does not force anyone to believe or obey, but He has made the truth clear and provided guidance for those who seek it. Ultimately, everything happens according to Allah’s will, and our role is to strive to align our will with His.
  
  This understanding is both empowering and humbling. It reminds us of our responsibility to make good choices while also trusting in Allah’s wisdom and plan. As believers, we should strive to use our free will in ways that bring us closer to Allah and fulfill our purpose in this life.
  
  As Surah At-Takwir concludes, the Quran is a reminder for those who choose to follow the straight path, and its message is a call to align our will with the will of the Lord of the worlds.
