DAY 59: Takatur 1-8

• You are obsessed by greed for more and more, until you go down to your graves. But no! You will soon come to know. Again, no! You will soon come to know. Indeed, if you were to know ˹your fate˺ with certainty, ˹you would have acted differently˺. ˹But˺ you will surely see the Hellfire. Again, you will surely see it with the eye of certainty. And on that day, you will most surely be questioned as to all the favors (bestowed on you).

      Worldly Distractions: The Surah warns against being consumed by materialism and competition in worldly matters.
  
      Mortality: It reminds us of the inevitability of death and the futility of accumulating wealth and status.
  
      Accountability: Everyone will be held accountable for their actions and how they used their blessings.

  Focus on the Hereafter, not worldly distractions—you’ll be accountable for your blessings.
