DAY 99: Q'af 12-18

•  In the past, the people of Noah denied ˹the truth,˺ as did the people of the Water-pit (Rass), Thamûd, Ȃd, Pharaoh, the kinfolk of Lot, the residents of the Forest (The people of Shu’aib ), and the people of Tubba. Each rejected ˹their˺ messenger, so My warning was fulfilled. Were We incapable of creating (them) the first time? In fact, they are in doubt about (their) re-creation. Indeed We have created humankind, and e know what his innermost self whispers within him, and We are closer to him than his neck-vein, As the two recording-angels—(one) sitting to the right, and (the other to) the left—note (everything), Not a single word is uttered by one but there is a watcher near him, ready (to record).

  These verses refute the disbelievers' denial of resurrection by:
  
      Listing destroyed nations who similarly rejected prophets (historical precedent).
  
      Affirming Allah’s power to recreate (using the brain/body’s innate recording as proof).
  
      Highlighting absolute accountability—every thought, word, and deed is preserved, whether through angels, the brain, or divine knowledge.
